Have a question or concern? Hopefully these FAQs below can answer some of them. We also welcome you to call or email us with any further questions or concerns. We are here to help!

What hours does your company work?

You can contact Curra Home Improvements Moday through Saturday at 8am- 6pm. You can call, or email and leave a message at anytime. We also work accordingly to finish on-time. We can discuss the hours we will be on-site during our initial meetings. 

Do you supply all materials for the project?

In most cases, we will purchase the building materials for your project unless you wish otherwise. Other materials, such as store bought cabinets, lightning, wallpaper, etc., may be picked by the customer, and also brought or delivered to the job site.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We meet all the criteria necessary to legally conduct business with credentials and insurances to cover where needed.

Do I need to be home for you to perform services?

No, as long as you allow us into your home and allow us to use neccesary facilities and services (such as running water and electrcity). We would like to have a method of contacting you if not home in case we have any questions or concerns while working at your project’s site. Other than that…enjoy your day wherever you wish.

What time will you be at my home or building site?

Our usual hours start 8am depending on driving distance and traffic. Our work day usually ends at 5pm. However, there are several cases where times may be ammended. 

How do you deal with building permits?

Depending on your location and what on what project is being done, a permit may be required or it may not. If a building permit is required for your project, we leave it up to you whether you obtain the permit yourself or whether you would like us to obtain the permit for you. We will handle all inspections, make sure everything is built to code, and make sure that the project and process satisfies all requirements to the letter of the law.
